Set-Up Technician Details:
Experience with equipment general maintenanceExperience in turf or agricultural tradesExperience in light repair or equipment assemblyComplete equipment assembly and maintenance efficiently, correctly, and to the best of his/her abilityRead and understand written instructions, service updates, schematics, maintenance schedules, and technical publicationsResponsible for completing all appropriate paperwork associated with the setup of warranty and repair of equipmentResponsible for learning an overview of the products and services represented by Turf EquipmentResponsible for blade sharpening and maintenance of company-owned demonstration equipmentService Technician Details:
Experience with troubleshooting and repair of gas and diesel engines, electronic fuel delivery systemsExperience troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsExperience using and understanding specialized tools and equipment including, but not limited to electrical and hydraulic testing, grinding machines, engine diagnostic tools and software, and various measuring devicesExperience repairing reel and rotary cutting units used on commercial mowing equipmentExperience in troubleshooting and repair of application and cultivation equipment used in turf maintenanceIncorporate user complaints, observation, test results, and experience to correctly diagnose equipment problemsComplete equipment repairs and maintenance efficiently, correctly and to the best of his/her abilityRead and understand written instructions, service updates, schematics, maintenance schedules and technical publicationsResponsible for completing all appropriate paperwork associated with the setup warranty and repair of equipmentResponsible for learning an overview of the products and services represented by Turf Equipment and communicating them to customers when appropriate We will help you obtain your product certification in the first year as well!Mobile Service Technician:
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGEExperience troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systemsExperience with reel and rotary cutting unit troubleshooting and repairExperience with troubleshooting and repair of turf spray systemsExperience with troubleshooting and repair of gas and diesel engines, electronic fuel delivery systemsExperience using and understanding specialized tools and equipment including, but not limited to:
electrical and hydraulic testing, reel and bedknife grinders, engine diagnostic tools and software, and various measuring devices (micrometer, ruler, gauges, etc.
