The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, replying to emails, greeting members, and keeping paperwork organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive - Answer calls and respond to emails - Ensure lobby area is tidy and presentable - Keep front desk organized and seasonal materials stocked - Be able to communicate information about rates / schedules - Provide assistance to members about their enrollments - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Following safety procedures and protocol - Update calendars and schedule meetings Skills &
Experience:
- Experience in Reception, Admin, or Front Desk preferred but not required - Comfortable addressing customer service requests - Proficient in Word, Xcel, Gmail, and Social Media - Hands-on experience with computers, printers, and / or tablets - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skill, including data entry - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Ideal Candidate:
