Responsibilities:
TECHNOLOGYGeneral abilities with Microsoft Office productsSERVICEComplete equipment assembly and maintenance efficiently, correctly and to the best of his/her abilityRead and understand written instructions, service updates, schematics, maintenance schedules and technical publicationsResponsible for completing all appropriate paperwork associated with the setup warranty and repair of equipmentResponsible for learning an overview of the products and services represented by Turf EquipmentResponsible for blade sharpening and maintenance of company owned demonstration equipmentOPERATIONSParticipate in monthly employee meetingComply with company policiesRead and understand all published Service bulletins and AlertsUnderstand and work within vendor warranty guidelinesOrdering correct repair parts to effectively complete work order processMaintain a neat, clean, and functional work areaKeep accurate time utilization recordsWork with and assist other techniciansInform the Shop Foreman and or Service Manager of any unforeseen issues with equipment or repairsResponsible for improving job performance and efficiencyInterested in hearing more?
