Position Overview:
Appointment scheduling department has opening for a scheduling representative.
We receive incoming appointment inquiries from numerous marketing efforts.
Responsibilities include handling customer questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, and finally assigning appointments to team.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails and web form submissions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist customers in scheduling appointments, providing accurate information regarding availability, and coordinating with our audit and sales teams.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for a positive resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our database.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling and customer service processes.
Act as a liaison between customers and our audit and sales teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient scheduling.
Uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Adept problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
