Desired areas of expertise include Loan Origination; Loan Servicing; Payment Processing; and Escrow Processing, as well as Secondary Market and Investor Processing knowledge.
Banking regulations and general financial industry knowledge are also a major plus.
Banking certifications are also desirable.
The ideal candidates must be self-motivated and reliable.
Teamwork skills are essential.
Candidates must possess the capability to define strategies; resolve issues; and engage with Bankers, as well as assimilate their needs.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Project Management experience is highly desirable.
